We are a family business founded in 1995, moved by the love for the land of Ica, where the founders of San Antonio grew up. It all started with a small processing plant to offer canned fruit for a high quality European brand.
In 2018, we ventured into the process of freezing fruits and vegetables with maximum attention to detail, all of which we now offer to the world with the highest quality standards: asparagus, avocados, blueberries, grapes, Lima beans and pomegranates from the land of Ica.
We are moved by our love for the land, our family history, and the illusion of offering development opportunities to our workers and the nearby communities.
Our products reach more than 1 million customers in Belgium, Canada (Montreal, Vancouver), Chile, Spain, The Netherlands, USA (Seattle, Miami, Houston, Jacksonville, Savannah).
HACCP Certification
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. The HACCP system manages food safety through the
identification, analysis and control of physical, chemical, biological, allergenic and radiological
hazards that can harm the health of consumers. It inspects from raw materials to the stages of
processing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard
It is a food safety standard recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). BRCGS Food
Certification is internationally recognized. It provides evidence that your company meets strict food
safety and quality requirements.
FDA Registration
The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is the U.S. government agency responsible for food regulation, among others.
SENASA Certification
Responsible for planning, organizing and executing specific programs and plans that regulate production.
KOSHER Certification
This certification allows our products to be marketed respecting the guidelines of Jewish law.
